About us

About Complissimo

Complissimo is a compliance technology company dedicated to European financial institutions. Our solutions are intuitive, tailored, and supported by fixed-fee managed services models - all designed to put compliance ownership where it belongs: the financial institution.

Our story

Sophie, Michael and Filip have a wealth of experience advising financial institutions on complex regulatory and cybersecurity matters. Together they combine over 30 years of deep sector knowledge and operational expertise having assisted financial institutions in obtaining licenses with regulators, cybersecurity and compliance audits and have acted as CISO, enterprise security architects, DPO, AMLCO or just trusted advisor of a multitude of financial institutions. Rooted in a profound passion for, and deep knowhow of, the financial sector, they founded Complissimo to develop compliance solutions that continuously monitor regulatory changes, automate compliance processes, flag gaps and generate audit-ready documentation.

Our mission

Founded by experts in financial regulation and cybersecurity — and grounded in deep experience within the European financial services sector — Complissimo’s mission is to:

Deliver tools that are compliant by design, turning complex regulation into clear, intuitive processes
Build an independent community platform for legal, risk, cybersecurity, and compliance professionals in European regulated financial institutions (Stay tuned for the launch)
